Since I'm bored and need to sit up for another 45 minutes while my AlkaSeltzer settles before I can hit the hay, here's what will be coming with me during my 6:30-3 shift tomorrow.
I've learned that frequent, smaller meals equal less heartburn for me during the day, so when I have long shifts, the menu has to be foods that I can eat fairly quickly and aren't offensive to my fellow co-workers (read: I can't take my beloved tuna packets.)
Tomorrow's menu:
Breakfast: leftover quiche (which includes egg, tomato, broccoli, potato)
Snack: Oikos Greek yogurt with honey
Lunch: turkey, stuffing, cranberry, and green beans. (I mix it all together because I'm gross.)
Snack two: Crackers and cheddar cheese
Drinks: Harvest Spice Frap from HEB, water, Earl Gray tea.
Ridiculous.
If I can convince someone to make a Sonic run, I'll also treat myself to a green tea.
