Hello, November!

Happy 1st of November!

Hard to believe November is already here because I could swear it was just August. (Can I get an amen?!)

This cute little fall bucket list has been popping up on my pinterest:

I can say I've gone on dates and had a couple fancy coffee drinks, however I don't know how much more we'll get to do. Our bucket list is less "fall" and more "oh my word we're having a BABY IN 6 WEEKS AND WE NEED TO GET IT IN GEAR!!!"

My boss had her little girl last Saturday 4 days early. She and I had just had a conversation that Friday that she wasn't feeling anything, her doctor said she looked great and then BAM! baby. This has naturally caused a bit of a panic in my little life.

I am now convinced that if everything is not ready to go by December 1st I am an epic failure. Haha! Not really, but I definitely feel some pressure to get things rolling.

Josh and I were both off today, so we made some GREAT progress in the nursery. The full size bed just needs to have the dust ruffle finished and throw pillows made. The bedding for the crib is mostly done, just needs some final assembly. We got the closets (there are two) organized and set up (one is Jude's, the other is essentially our coat closet). Under the full size bed are his extra clothes (6m-3T) and some of his biggers "toys" that he doesn't need right away. I'll take some teaser pictures of it soon...

So far, my favorite item in the nursery is his rocker. Mom gave it to me this weekend since it's back from the furniture repair place. The rocker belonged to my great-great grandmother and my mom, as a gift to Jude, had the frame refinished and the seating/back reupholstered in a really nice plaid material.

Hope you're all having a great week! I'll be bouncing from work to more organizing to sleeping to getting ready to see my little brother and dad's family on Saturday for a "Welcome Back to Texas, Ryan!" party.

Until the next post, enjoy some of my favorite pinterest pins lately:

This one was titled: "How Men & Women See Color"

and my absolute favorite of the week:
