I had some great nurses and a doctor who were so helpful and encouraged me to move around and ask them to move so I could get a certain shot. (Thanks, St. Joe's!) Dr. Davis even held him out so I could be sure to get some good pictures of him right after he was born.
I'll only show my pic that I got with him, since the pictures are really for Christina and Matt to share. It was amazing to see him come into this world and he'll definitely be special to me since he was the first birth I've ever experienced.

Sweet Bryce-Boy:We are praising the LORD for your new life.
You took your time, but when you decided to come, you came fast. What a big guy you were and I was so blessed to get to witness your very first few moments. I will remember those for a long, long time. There was some concern that I would either faint or throw up, but thankfully your mom was a rockstar and I made it through the whole thing without incident.
You have a mommy and daddy who are head over heals for you already and your brothers and sister will quickly follow suit. They're crazy, but you'll never want for more excitement than what you'll find in your home. You have a church family who has been eagerly expecting your arrival and can't wait to meet you and help take care of you. You are so blessed, even on day one.
Know that you are so loved baby boy. Even as much as we all love you, there is a Savior who loves you more than we can. I pray that you will understand this someday and realize how much you need Him.
Welcome to the world, baby.
"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful..." -Psalm 139: 13-14
Happy Birth Day Bryce!
Annnnd...i'm crying.
