Like how I'm really only cooking one meal this week? It's an art, people. With everything being so busy right now, I don't really have a lot of time to cook this month. Thankfully, TVMDL picked up one night for me and saved me having to whip something up to carry us through.
I'm really looking forward to trying out the Chicken Pot Pie. This is a dish I usually cheat 100% on and let Marie Calendar do all the work for. Something about it caught my eye, though, and I'm going to attempt it myself (except the crust, I abhor making homemade pie crust.)
