It's been one week (and a couple days) of having this sweet face here. To say we're in love is a bit of an understatement. Josh and I find ourselves just saying over and over, "Man, he's cute" or "I just really love him."
His first week went really well. He's great at nursing, sleeping, and filling diapers. So, everything he should be doing he excels at. He's started spending more time awake now that the touch of jaundice is cleared up and he loves to sleep on our chests while we lay on the couch.
We think he looks like a good mix of us both and he is changing daily. Looking at his newborn pics, I can already see where he's filling out more. It's a little sad that he changes so quickly, but I'm enjoying the longer wake times and seeing him try to find where my voice is coming from.
