Pregnancy brain is very real.
To date, I've "lost" and then found: keys, cell phone, wedding band, pants, maternity tanks, scissors, glasses, memory cards, and shoes.
However, I have also gained super powers (which I credit to my increased testosterone via Jude). I can read maps, follow directions, and pay attention through an entire action movie, secretly wishing the fighting was a little more intense.
I flip past Steel Magnolias in our DVD catalog, shock and horror! I go straight for Ghost in the Darkness and any superhero film. Thankfully, I still maintain my ability to organize a room, decorate, and spend idle time in Hobby Lobby in the fabric department.
4 months and a couple weeks to do and my brain will be... who am I kidding? This brain is gone for good. A newborn/baby/toddler/child/teenage-boy (and any others that come along) will not change it anytime soon.
Guess I should find something else to go up there.
