Honeycrisp season is here!
If you've never eaten one of these lovely jewels, go buy one. Or buy 20, but it will break your bank. These babies are EXPENSIVE (usually over $2/lb.) but they're on sale through tomorrow at one of our grocery stores.
I will be going tomorrow to purchase a bag and I will relish every sweet, juicy bite.
I will also NOT be sharing with Josh, who does not appreciate the honeycrisp for what it is (straight from heaven) and instead believes it to be "just another apple".
This may seem crazy, obsessive, ridiculous, and/or downright insane, but I'm telling you... I cannot eat another kind of apple after I had this one. There is nothing better. I am convinced.
