Alright ladies and gents (ok... ladies) it's time for the obligatory poll on the blog in which I ask you to guess the gender of our busy little babe. For those of you who want to ask about the heart rate or what I've been craving, feeling, etc. because magically that means something, here's some of my stats so far this pregnancy: 

Baby's Heartrate: 185 beats per minute

Cravings: No real cravings for anything in particular. I went through a phase with Gatorade, but that was more of a need to keep from being dehydrated than a "I LOVE GATORADE" thing.

Adversions: Desserts. I could do without sweets right now, which is NOT my norm.

My symptoms: Puking. Lots of it. Usually once a day, sometimes 3-4 if we're really on a roll. It started around week 5 and has yet to leave me completely, so if you're counting (like I am) that means I've been puking for 10 weeks. Fantastic, I know.

Mine and/or Josh's intuition: Zero. We both use "he" and "she" regularly to describe this kiddo. Some days I'll tell you I want it to be a girl, other days I'm completely sold on the idea of a boy. I like the balance, it keeps me from feeling like I'll be disappointed. We still go back and forth on names but we won't be giving that one out until we're sure of the gender and sure with each other as to what it will be.

So there you go. That's more than I've documented this whole pregnancy, so consider it your update on that as well. :)

Happy voting! The best part is... it doesn't really matter what any of us think! The poll will close July 18, the day before my ultrasound and two days before my sonogram. After that, you'll just have to wait until we announce it here or give you a phone call. (Yes, Grandma, you'll be a phone call!)
